Challenging Day
phew...a working day is over! i used to love my part time job at samsung accord which is to key in the warranty card details into the system (though quite boring but its still easy), but now that im transferred to the call centre, i've been dragging my feet to work.
bad points of call centre:
-sometimes customer gets too difficullt
-sometimes get scolded and shouted at the ear when its not my fault
-customers ask abt products and i dun noe how to answer
-once key in the wrong information, will snowballed into very serious problem which often resulted in serious repromanding from the ppl up there
-lunchtime always get delayed and im always hungry
good points of call centre
: the ppl there are very nic
: there is always food and sweets there
: there is a lot more ppl there than in data entry
: i wont get too sleepy there
: there can go to other websites and play
games like bejeweled...nice game!!
: alot more free time as sometimes must wait for call
there, the good and bad points evened themselves up. its not really that bad...i think that as i keep doing i wont dread it so much. but i will still miss the data entry job.
one more thing, the call centre has taught me to be firm and also to experience each and every customer who called up. some customer are very nasty but most of them are nice and polite...they will say thank u and will ask for ur name.
i pray that God will continue to give me tolerance and patience for each and every customer i meet. though they may not see me, i hope that i will have a smile on my face for them and that they can hear by the tone of my voice.
Thought of the day: Give thanks for everything (andrew fam said that to me when i complained abt my work) cuz everything has their bad points and also good points that may benefit u in one way or another
