Just hearing this song today and it leads me to think that us Christians actually have a lot of power in us. I mean we are actually the one who can lead those who are lost to the King of kings, Lord of lords!
But do all of us "tap" into the power even when we really want to bring them to the Cross? I think all of us will come to a point when we throw our hands up in the air and cried out that it is so hard to bring them to Him.
This song reminds me that we are not the ones who hold the answers. We are just the ones who bring them to the One who does. In every effort to reach out to the lost, there should be a recognition that we can't do it with our strength and a humble surrender of everything we have to Him.
Is your "light" shining brightly or hidden under a bush? Is your "salt" salty or has it lost the saltiness?
